A Halfords Centre Manager is a leader focused on delivering excellence to our customers with their team. You will already have a track record of leading teams to success in a customer focused role.
A technical background is helpful but is not essential – you may have experience in a Retail, trade or after sales role. Whatever your experience, you will have a passion for cars and customer service, and a clear focus on team, delivering quality standards and results.
You will support and develop your team on their road to success ensuring an unswerving focus on quality and compliance, planning effectively and owning the outputs of the Centre.
With strong commercial capability you’ll promote your Centre locally, delivering the best service in your location, and sharing in the resulting success with your team.
