About the role

As the Resourcing Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process for our Support Centre. From sourcing top talent to managing recruitment activities and administration, you’ll help attract the best candidates while continuously improving our hiring processes. You’ll also be responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting on recruitment activities, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and driving ongoing optimisation for an even better candidate and hiring manager experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using a mix of job boards, social media, internal databases, and other creative channels. Conduct thorough candidate screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, feedback, and clear communication to candidates, ensuring they feel engaged and well-informed at every step.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver consistent, high-quality service throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Provide timely updates on candidate progress and advise Hiring Managers on the best approaches to candidate selection.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve the recruitment process by identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas of potential improvement. Implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the overall candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Ensure that all stages of the recruitment process (from job posting to onboarding) are streamlined, well-organised, and consistently meet the expectations of Hiring Managers and candidates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to source candidates effectively using various channels, and assess them for fit with job requirements and culture.
  • Strong organisational skills to track candidate progress, update recruitment systems, and provide timely and accurate updates to Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment processes and tasks with precision, ensuring all stages are accurately documented and deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and introduce improvements to enhance the recruitment process and service delivery.
  • Ability to maintain clear, transparent, and timely communication with Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • A strong customer-service orientation, ensuring that Hiring Managers and candidates have an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
