The role is responsible for multi-site delivery through all Fusion milestones from initiation to launch within the set timeline. This includes multiple visits to each location to ensure the centre teams are on track and delivering to the right standard & fusion scope. Ensuring effective communication to both field & centre teams on progress, activities and next steps. Collaborating closely with property on scope execution and handover compliance.  

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a business priority program/project. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Multi-site management/delivery of the Fusion scope & milestones  

  • Effective consistent communication to centres and field team including cascades and engagement calls 

  • High consistent standard delivery across all centre’s ensuring productivity is considered with the overall set-up 

  • Auditing sites to ensure all centres have the right tools and equipment  

  • Support visits for property scope, property handover & ops launch set-up 

  • Collaboration with program group stakeholders, the main one being the property teams 

  • Key contact for field & centre teams for Fusion  

  • Tracking all activity through the key milestones accurately to the set process   

  • Work on all current & future fusion project activity within operations  

OTHER POINTS:

  • The candidate would be based in the Scotland area, however, would be expected within reason to travel where needed across the estate  

  • Overnight stays may be needed depending on travel distance. The admin side will be completed remotely  

  • A phone & laptop will be included for communication purposes  

  • A company car will be included in the role to support travel across the estate –                                                            (A full UK driving licence is essential)
