About the role
Step into a fast‑paced, supportive, and highly collaborative team where no two days are the same. As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fleet Support function, working closely with the leadership team and supporting stakeholders across Commercial Fleet Services.
In this role, you’ll review customer ledgers, process invoices, manage assigned customers, and organise essential data. You’ll balance independent work with teamwork and act as an ambassador for our values, helping drive a unified approach across the business.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the network inbox, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming requests.
- Review customer ledgers and process sales invoices accurately, on time and in full.
- Compile, distribute and process customer and supplier invoices in line with procedures.
- Take ownership of assigned customers by managing jobs, organising data and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Use internal platforms to process jobs and payments effectively.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers, call centre colleagues and customers.
- Resolve or escalate queries promptly while supporting wider team activities.
- Act as an ambassador for Halfords CFS Values, contributing to a united and customer‑focused service.

This role will be based full time onsite at our Stafford office during your training period; following completion of your training you will have the option to work from home 1 day per week.
