About the role

We’re seeking an In-Store Marketing Executive to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of all in-store promotional activity across our 370 stores throughout the UK and Ireland.

This role ensures every campaign is delivered accurately, on schedule, and in line with brand standards, zoning principles, and operational requirements. You’ll oversee the complete promotional lifecycle - from initial planning and print briefing through to POS production, allocation, store communications, and launch, driving flawless execution across every location.

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll own all deadlines within each promotional period, proactively managing milestones, identifying risks early and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Working cross-functionally with Space Planning, Category and Store Operations teams, you’ll secure full buy-in and sign-off ahead of every launch.
• You’ll produce and maintain detailed promotional launch documentation, ensuring accuracy across timelines, messaging and store instructions.
• You’ll work in close partnership with our print agency to create impactful seasonal in-store marketing displays, support the rollout of test-bed POS and innovative concept trials, and ensure clear, consistent zoning across every promotional campaign.
• Alongside campaign delivery, you’ll manage promotional activations within SAP, maintain accurate barcode documentation, oversee promotional screens, and ensure invoices are processed accurately with rebates maximised.
• You will be responsible to deliver within a set budget outlined by the In Store Marketing Manager,  providing regular updates, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across materials, production efficiencies and logistics.
• You’ll focus on continuous improvement; you’ll drive operational excellence and elevate the in-store customer experience.

About you

• Passionate about delivering high-quality in-store marketing and promotional excellence.
• Highly organised, with proven experience managing multiple complex timelines within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of print processes and Point of Sale (POS) production.
• Confident working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external print partners.
• Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, tracking spend and identifying efficiencies.
• Experience using SAP, Point of Sale (POS) portals and digital screen management platforms would be desirable.
